in the alley market of Hwayang-dong's Geollidan-gil.
When you crave pork with friends,
when a glass of soju calls after work,

we wanted a place you could drop by without a second thought.
Here in Geollidan-gil, Hwayang-dong,
we keep building a neighborhood BBQ house worth returning to for years.
All of our pork is prepared
through a 72-hour aging process.
Samgyeopsal and ogyeopsal are
flash-frozen right after aging,
then sliced to just the right thickness.
Fresh cuts are dry-aged
for a tender bite and a rich, nutty flavor.
